I will be training for the CrossFit Games on Invictus X with Kristi Eramo, Sam Dancer, and Holden Rethwill, two months of training with the following goals.
We believe in moving and getting in physical activity in any way possible. Whether you do weightlifting, powerlifting, functional fitness, yoga, pilates, rock climbing, mountain biking, cycling, walking, hiking, running, dancing or any other form of exercise/movement, you are doing some thing good for your body and mind and you should be proud of yourself.
