    Is it normal to feel pain wrists for about two weeks because of false grip ? :/

    • That might be considered as “normal” – I guess you’ve warmed up your joints properly, made mobility? Only for comparison: As I started to train intensely CrossFit Gymnastic I had tendinitis in my right elbow for 3 month because of the new kind of stress for my joints…. #regards Manuela

        Sorry, I didn’t see your answer :s

        I have my answer! I put my hands in wrong position… So I made a lot of pressure on my wrists :s
        (sorry I don’t speak English very well)
