Day 2 Events

Thanks again for checking us out. We are finding out some interesting problems, so are now putting in the time to make some apps so those of you on cell phones can get access to the leaderboard. Also there is a problem with the time zone on the leaderboard and our website we will try and resolve. 

Here is Day 2 

10 wallballs every 30 sec x 6 minutes rest 1 minute then

Event 1 is max rep unbroken wallballs 

mobilize one hour include 12 glute ham raises + 10 reverse hypers x 4 rounds

Event 2 

20 hspu + 30 wb 20/14 10 ft target + 40 c2b + 50 ohs 115/75 + 40 c2b + 30 wb + 20 hspu for time

rest as needed 

Event 3 

100 double unders + 15 bar mu + 10 p cleans 225/155 x 2 rounds for time


rest as needed 

3/3/3/3/3 ohs as heavy as possible goal is no misses

push press 5/5/5/5/5

1 clean + 1 hang clean rest 1 min x 10 min

30 s hspu for time 

accessory: 1 min acumulate free standing hs hold + max free standing shoulder taps + 45 sec l sit accumulate hold + max strict pull ups x 4 rounds nft
