1 hang clean + 1 front squat + 1 hang clean x 10 rounds rest as needed between rounds

squat 6×3

rest as needed 

10 mu + 50 ft hs walk + 25 ghd sit ups x 3 round for time

rest as needed 

max toes to bar + max pull ups + 30 ghd hip extensions
