50 box jump overs (24 / 20 in.)

21-15-9 reps of:
Synchronized burpees
Synchronized overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
Synchronized chest-to-bar pull-ups

rest as needed 

10 min amrap Max calories rowed in 5 minutes
Max push presses in 5 minutes (115 / 80 lb.)
done as team of two if not possibe do 

1 min row 1 min rest x 5 on min 6 rest then on min 7 push press amrap one min rest until 10 min
