Mobilize 1 hour include 2 leg less rope climbs + 15 ring dips x 4 rnds

 

Run 90 sec, cover as much distance as possible (45 sec out/45 sec back) + max mu, rest 90 sec x 4

Run 3 min (1:30 out/1:30 back) + 15 hspu, rest 3 min x 2

Run 5 min (2:30 out/2:30 back) + 50ft HS walk, rest 5 min x 2

Rest 5 min then 100ft HS walk for time

 

Accessory 30 ghd hip ext + 1 min free standing HS hold + 15 seated leg raises x 4 rnds nft
